We are now offering 9" x 6" sheet (0.040) crystal clear polycarbonate, perfect fit for 3/32" brass channel.
Not only is polycarbonate flatter, clearer and more scratch-resistant than the clear plastic that comes in the kit, but it is also easier to work with. Simply draw the shape you want onto the protective covering, score with a sharp knife, and snap over a sharp edge of a table. For tight curves, use a drum sanding bit in a motor tool, or file by hand. Great for making door windows and Alfa windscreens.
